The Bright Academy
A global academy for female agency, from girlhood to womanhood.
A lifelong home where girls and women learn to turn concern into action, and are never left to carry that journey alone. Bright Girls builds the foundation. Bright Women carries it forward.
From agency to action
Girls do not lack potential. They lose room to act.
As adolescence progresses, social and cultural constraints narrow what a girl believes she can do, and who believes she can do it. The Bright Academy exists to give that room back, and to keep giving it back at every stage of a woman's life. It is the thread that runs through everything we build.
Our vision
A world where a girl's potential is never lost to circumstance. Where every girl and woman, wherever she starts, has the confidence, the skills and the community to act on what she cares about, and to keep acting for life.
Our mission
To interrupt the point where girls stop acting on what they care about, and to build the structure, community and tools that keep women acting, leading and connected for the rest of their lives.
Two arms, one journey
Together they hold a woman's agency across her whole life, not just a single programme.
Bright Girls
Ages 11 to 18Powered by the CARES methodology
A five-stage civic engagement framework delivered through schools and community partners. It takes girls through a real civic journey, from identifying an issue in their community to designing, delivering and sustaining real action. Supported by a digital programme pack and an ongoing community, so the agency built in the programme does not end with it.
Context → Attention → Response → Enlist → Sustain
Bright Women
Ages 18 and overPowered by the TOOOCH platform and LIFTT
A system for structured thinking, real-world experimentation and peer accountability. A community for adult women to develop personally and professionally in proximity to Princess Bright's leadership and network, carrying the same instinct to act into careers, businesses and public life.
Cohort One, the 12-week accelerator, opens September 2026
The featured programme · Cohort One
Bright Women. You build the thing. We'll bring the infrastructure.
A 12-week accelerator for ambitious women with a business, idea or project they want to move forward. Twelve weeks, a weekly rhythm, and a Hive of 19 women who know what you are building.
Sound familiar
Building the thing turned into becoming nine other people too.
Marketer, salesperson, content creator, networker, strategist, PR person, project manager. You need accountability, people around you, expert advice, better ways to communicate what you do, professional photography, video, chances to practise putting yourself forward. And somehow you are meant to find, fund and coordinate all of that while still doing the actual work.
Bright Women brings more of it together for you.
The journey
Get Clear
Weeks 1 to 4
What am I actually trying to make happen?
Get Ready
Weeks 5 to 8
How do I get myself and my thing ready for the world?
Get Seen
Weeks 9 to 12
How do I put the thing in front of the people who need to see it?
The weekly rhythm
Weekly LIFTT
Every Monday, 8:00 to 9:30pm
Ninety minutes deliberately working on your own thing. Using TOOOCH's guided innovation process you reflect, identify where attention is needed, generate ideas, make decisions and commit to practical next moves. Your Hive provides perspective, challenge and accountability.
Digital workbook
One or two activities a week
A light curriculum provided at induction. Proposition development, SWOT-style analysis, customer understanding, storytelling, brand and messaging, speaking preparation, content planning and visibility strategy. LIFTT keeps the work moving; the workbook prepares you for what comes next.
Three masterclasses
Weeks 3, 7 and 10 · Thursdays
Sharpen the Story: proposition, narrative, audience and messaging. Prepare for the Spotlight: hot seats, speaking practice and media-style preparation. Put It Into the World: channels, content, consistency, implementation and measurement.
Workshop Day
Selected Saturday · in person
A major Get Ready immersion. You work on your proposition, story and communication through facilitated exercises, visual mapping, peer challenge, expert input and rehearsal. A working environment, not a conference, and deliberate preparation for Visibility Day.
Visibility Day
Selected Saturday · in person
The culmination of Get Seen. Professional photography, a filmed public-speaking stage, the EX/PRESS hot seat, an IWN media-style interview and access to relevant specialists. Everyone gets their moment, and everyone helps create somebody else's.
Closing
Final week
A final LIFTT session plus a virtual Closing Ceremony, with a report capturing your full 12-week journey.
Every week members leave with at least one meaningful action to complete within the next seven days. This is not a space to talk. We do the work.
Your Hive and Pod
You are placed with 19 other like-minded women in a Hive. The Hive becomes your centre, the peers you run alongside for the whole accelerator. Within it you also have smaller accountability Pods who support you, and who you support in return. Pods rotate, so over 12 weeks you meet and collaborate with every woman in your Hive.
Picture it: your Hive is one of many, all working in unison towards their own goals.

Four growth lenses
How we know it is working.
Progress is tracked on the platform through four lenses. If these are consistently moving forward, the community is delivering on its promise.
Revenue
Money earned, saved or generated.
Opportunity
New relationships, introductions and opportunities created.
Progress
Milestones achieved and meaningful movement towards goals.
Learning
Skills developed, insights gained and confidence built.
Who it is for
Women who want to make progress. You set the rules of engagement.
You have something already in motion, or you wish that you did. Maybe you are already getting things done. Maybe you feel stuck, know you want something different, and are ready to pay the price of making it happen. You do not need to be a founder. You do not need to be working on something work-related.
You might choose to work on
This community is topic-agnostic. Every woman has her own ambitions, challenges and aspirations. Our role is the structure, accountability and community that helps her move them forward.
What she leaves with
Not inspiration. A body of evidence.
Every woman should be able to point to things that did not exist before she started.
Progress reports
Monthly LIFTT progress reports and a final report capturing your 12-week journey.
A completed digital workbook
Documenting the development of your business, idea or project from week one.
Professional photography
For your website, social media, marketing, press and professional profiles.
Professional video assets
Public-speaking footage, an IWN media-style interview and EX/PRESS hot-seat footage.
A visibility strategy in motion
With messaging and channels already being tested, not a plan you will get to eventually.
A Hive of 19 women
Women who genuinely know what you are building, plus connections across the wider cohort.
Access to experts
Relevant specialists you can return to when specialist support is needed.
Practice, repeatedly
Experience communicating, facilitating, presenting, answering questions and putting yourself forward.

Questions
What is the difference between The Bright Academy and Bright Women?
The Bright Academy is the parent: a global academy for female agency spanning girlhood to womanhood, with two arms, Bright Girls for ages 11 to 18 and Bright Women for 18 and over. Its founding 12-week accelerator, delivered in partnership with TOOOCH, is the programme now enrolling Cohort One.
Do I need a business already?
No. You have something already in motion, or you wish that you did. You do not need to be a founder, and you do not need to be working on something work-related. The community is topic-agnostic: business, career, finances, relationships, health or confidence all count.
What is the time commitment?
A 90-minute LIFTT session every Monday evening, three Thursday masterclasses in weeks 3, 7 and 10, and two in-person Saturday immersions. Plus one or two workbook activities a week.
What is LIFTT?
TOOOCH's repeatable methodology for structured thinking, real-world experimentation and peer accountability. Every week you leave with at least one meaningful action to complete within seven days, so progress compounds rather than resets.
What is the difference between a Hive and a Pod?
Your Hive is the 19 other women you run alongside for the full accelerator. Within it, smaller accountability Pods support each other week to week. Pods rotate, so across 12 weeks you work with every woman in your Hive.
What does it cost?
£649 for the full 12 weeks. Flexible payment options are being explored, potentially from approximately £27 per week over 24 weeks. Enrolment opens to people on the guide list first.
When does Cohort One run?
Week 0 induction runs the week commencing 21 September 2026. Weeks 1 to 12 run from the week commencing 28 September to 17 December 2026.

One womanrises.
She brings a generation.
Our ambition is not simply to develop future leaders. It is to create the conditions for female agency to survive, grow and compound across a lifetime, and across the world.
