Ways to partner

Founding Partner

£50,000 and above

An 18-month strategic partnership: a named programme or theme, cohort access, employee engagement, impact reporting and thought leadership.

Programme Partner

£15,000 to £50,000

Fund a specific Bright Girls, Bright Women or Community programme, with places, events, mentoring and quarterly reporting.

Access Partner

£5,000 to £15,000

Sponsor access for a defined community through scholarships and funded places, local activation and an impact story.

In-kind and strategic

Scope agreed

Technology, venues, media, professional services or specialist expertise that lowers delivery cost and lifts the experience.

Starting structures, not fixed rates. Every partnership is co-designed around your objectives, audience and budget.

What £100,000 builds

£100,000 builds the system, not just a cohort.

The goal is to prove a model that can go on to deliver hundreds of cohorts, courses and learning experiences.

How we measure impact

A credible partnership needs more than reach.

We will publish what is delivered, not what is promised.

Reach

Learners reached, schools and communities activated, funded places.

Engagement

Attendance, completion, repeat participation, community activity.

Capability

Pre and post self-assessment, skills gained, action plans completed.

Progression

Projects started, ventures progressed, mentors matched, opportunities accessed.

Community

Peer connections, mentor hours, specialist contributions, referrals.

Partner value

Employee participation, content reach, agreed ESG and CSR metrics.

Income streams are kept separate in the operating model. Tax-deductible giving would use an appropriate charitable structure or partner.
